The Journey from a Small Support Group to a State-level Network

Manipur Network of Positive People (MNP+) was formed on 7th September 1997, by a group of five injecting drug users. Although initially set up as a support group where the founders could share problems and help one another in times of need, their commitment to recovery and resolve to help more people lay the foundations of MNP+ as we know it today; a full-fledged State-level network closely working with 19 other similar networks in India.
