Played a vital role in initiating Manipur Drug Users Forum, a State-level drug user forum.

Took the lead role in forming, Hepatitis Forum of Manipur (HepFoM), a first of its kind coalition of People living with HIV who are co-infected with Hep-C in Manipur.

Being a pioneer PLHIV Network in the whole North East region successfully initiated the formation of PLHIV Network not only in the district level but also in the other part of the North East State namely, Assam, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Tripura and Arunachal Pradesh.
